You may use the Site to learn about our services, start a conversation with our team, and opt in to text updates. You agree not to:

By providing your mobile number to Health Hue Digital — through the chat on this site, a demo or call booking, or by texting our number — you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from us related to your bookings and enquiries and, where you have separately opted in, occasional updates about our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you have requested and is not sold or shared for any other commercial purpose.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
- Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages, except where law requires otherwise.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for 30 days following the update.
